Outfitter Draw Application Contract

Before you can apply for a tag, we are required by NM law to have a contract between us. This contract does not have specific details because there are variables that we won't know until a tag is drawn. This is an application only contract to make it quicker and easier for you to apply. Upon drawing a tag, we will complete a detailed contract. Please look over the agreement. By signing the document electronically (by clicking the submit button) you agree to enter into contract with Big Rim Outfitters. A copy will be emailed to Big Rim for our records and one to you.

THIS CONTRACT is made by and between Big Rim Outfitters, hereinafter sometimes called "Big Rim", hereinafter referred to as "Guest" or "Client". This application contract, once signed by both parties, is valid for up to three consecutive annual New Mexico Application periods without signing a new contract each year if you choose to continue to apply with Big Rim Outfitters.

WITNESS that in consideration of their mutual covenants and agreements, it is hereby mutually agreed as follows:

• 1. The Guest may utilize Big Rim Outfitters NM Outfitter number on their application only for specific public land hunting licenses that are authorized by Big Rim Outfitters.
• 2. Big Rim Outfitters agrees to sell to Guest and Guest agrees to purchase from Big Rim a hunt based on the drawing of a New Mexico hunting license.
• 3. The price for the indicated hunting trip will be the total sum as indicated on the website of Big Rim Outfitters for the current application year, or a prior agreed upon price.

Upon drawing a hunting license, Big Rim and the client agree to complete a detailed contract pertaining to your hunt. The client agrees to pay the deposit amount within 15 days of receipt of the detailed contract. The final amount of the hunt price is to be paid in full by cash, cashier's check, money order or certified funds upon the client's arrival at the campsite of Big Rim Outfitters. The client acknowledges that if he/she cancels the hunt, the deposit will only be refunded if the hunt is able to be rebooked. The client also acknowledges and understands that under New Mexico law, that after utilizing Big Rim Outfitters NM Outfitters number, his/her license is not valid without being guided by Big Rim Outfitters and the utilization of the license is a violation of New Mexico law, and any animal harvested is illegal.

Big Rim Outfitters will also assist the Guest in the application process for the license. After applying, please forward a copy of the application to Big Rim.
